Welcome to Bushido's MMA Program! This high energy class gives you a total body work-out. The different styles of martial arts used in the MMA program are Karate, Judo, and Jiujitsu. Even the simplest techniques will have you sweating in no time.

Karate

Kids Program

By using Karate as a tool, our students learn to set goals and achieve them. Our instructors work with every student on maintaining focus, having a positive attitude, and learning respect for others while maintaining a fun and safe environment. Throughout the program, the child's confidence will grow.

Teens and Adults

Whether it's stress from school and/or work, peer pressure, or being out of shape, our Teen/Adult Karate program has you covered. Each class helps to tone muscles, relieve stress, and mold you into a better person. While progressing through the program, energy levels will increase while stress levels will be reduced.
